Rosemont, IL and Collierville, TN – Philips Lighting Electronics, a division of Philips Electronics North America Corporation, and The Bodine Company are pleased to announce the appointment of John Levesque to the position of General Manager of Bodine, effective immediately.
A valued member of the Bodine team for over 20 years, John has amassed extensive expertise in the product management, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial aspects of the emergency lighting business, holding successive senior management positions throughout his two decades of service and most recently serving as Bodine's National Sales Manager. With this current promotion, John will be responsible for overall management of the company's leading emergency lighting business.
Says Levesque, who succeeds previous Bodine General Manager Alex Ertz, "with the support of our outstanding team and range of innovative new products, I am very excited to help lead Bodine to its next phase of successful evolution."
An active member of such recognized industry trade associations as the IES and IEC, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis.
